Applying for Legal Aid

If you meet Legal Aid’s eligibility requirements and wish to apply for their assistance, you can begin the process by downloading the Legal Aid Application. Once you have gathered the necessary supporting documents, please call our office on (07) 3841 4309 to arrange a time to meet with a member of our team so we can ensure your application is completed in full and your supporting documents are in order. We will also have a brief chat with you about your matter so we can provide Legal Aid Queensland with the necessary information to lodge your application.

If, after assessing your eligibility, you find that you do not qualify for Legal Aid, we are here to help. You are welcome to contact our office to discuss alternative options for engaging our legal services on a private basis. We understand that legal matters can be challenging, and we are committed to providing you with the support and guidance you need, regardless of your circumstances.
